AiCheng magazine is a multicultural print and digital media outlet founded at the University of Iowa in the Summer of 2012 by a group of innovative international students. The mission of AiCheng is to bridge the gap between groups with different backgrounds and use the diversity to create inspiration and build global perspectives for local community members. Within only one year after funding, AiCheng team produced and published three issues and innitiated and hosted four cultural communication events. AiCheng also holds the open and collaborative mindset and have build partnership with more than 17 local and oversea organizations. In addition, AiCheng's ambition and capability earned themsevlves the qualfication of uprgrading to a startup at the Bedell Entrepreneurial Learning Laboratory at the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurship Center, where furthur mentoring and funding opporunities and private business offices have been granted to AiCheng. Nowadays, AiCheng has successfully embedded entrepreneurial culture to their team and working to expand the online and offline platform to international students in other campus.
